Recruiter Description
Partnering up with hospitals/groups across the country that believe in providing physicians with an excellent practice opportunity, but also, a high quality of life.

Arlington Healthcare is a physician recruiting firm that specializes in placing physicians. In order to take our physicians to the ultimate level, we understand that we need to put ourselves in their shoes. One of the realizations we concluded is that today more than ever, people struggle to find balance in their lives. Let’s face it, balancing their career, family, hobbies, health, and spiritual beliefs is a daunting task for anyone, especially a physician. An average person works 10-15 hours, sleeps 5-6 hours, and the remaining time is balanced between all other facets of your life. Because their career is such a big part of their life, an unhappy one can negatively trickle to the other meaningful parts of their lives. Arlington Healthcare recognizes this, and takes pride in helping physicians find the “right” opportunity, and as a result we help communities find the “right” physicians.
